Holiday Lights at the Lake!
Well, the weather is playing havoc with our GFI’s and the megatree and arch fence were down last evening. We are doing everything we can to keep the display up these last two days, but if you drive by, you may not be able to see all elements.
Rain and electricity do not mix well. This is the first year we have had to shut down FOUR times for weather-related issues. Thanks for sticking with us! Enjoy the last two nights of our show for the 2012-2013 season.
Happy New Year from Zane Lights! The show will stay on until 11:30pm this evening, playing some of our best Trans Siberian Orchestra music, as well as some popular music (ala Dick Clark style). A countdown will start at exactly 11:59pm if you are in the area. Traditionally, our show concludes on the Saturday after New Year, but we are extending it to the 12th. If you haven’t gotten a chance to see the lights, you still have time!

Apparently the rain last Saturday did more damage than we we were aware to our mega tree. One entire color (green) was out due to a shattered fuse in one of the controllers. With some nifty repair in 9 degree weather and with some careful use of zip ties we were able to Macgyver this controller back together. Hopefully that will hold until a replacement part can be acquired.
