Larson's Lights

Good evening and Merry Christmas Eve from Larson’s Lights. A couple of items today: We are running a special show until 11pm both this evening and tomorrow night (Christmas). Plenty of time to view the display, so consider coming either early (5pm) or late (after 9:30pm) – it is far less crowded at those times and you will have a much better opportunity to see the lights.
Second, Greg was interviewed today by MPR for a story they broadcasted today on LED lighting and the push toward more energy efficient lighting. Here is a link to the print version of the story.
Have a pleasant evening and remember to spend the time with friends and family doing the things that are MOST IMPORTANT to you. That is what we will be doing as well.

Due to the wet weather and rain earlier today, we are not able to run the lights this evening. Larson’s Lights will be off this evening. We will do our best to get everything running again tomorrow evening. All our best and sincerest apologies if you were planning to come out this evening. We tried our best!

Just in from the city of New Hope!

New Hope Sparkles winners have been selected.  The judges have named the winners of the 2015 New Hope Sparkles holiday lighting contest. The winners are:

The first place winner in the single-family residential category is Larson’s Lights!!!!!

The second place winner is the Drinkwine Family, 7801 47½ Avenue N.

We will all be recognized at the January 11 New Hope City Council meeting.

Thank you to all that have visited us this holiday season!

We want to give a special thanks to all of our family who help us with the set-up and construction of our display.  We couldn’t have done it with out them, Jeff, Alex, Troy, Bjorn and Shanna.

A very special THANK YOU!! to all of our neighbors who put up with the extra lights and traffic while our display is bringing joy to the community.

Good evening!

Our lights are up and running with the exception of our mega tree this evening due to the rain earlier today. 

We will keep the show running as long as the gfi’s are not popping. 

We will post again once the mega tree is back online, hopefully tomorrow.
